Working with Bonnie was great. We had a tough house to sell as there were a number of structural issues with the home that were discovered. Bonnie knew the legalities of what needed to be done. We were able to do all of aspects of the process with me living a couple thousand miles away by doing everything every easily through the computer. However Bonnie was also always available by phone if I needed to have a more detailed discussion. She focused our time on the relevant offers and we made it all the way to a happy result with a quick close and a house sold.
