Deciding to sell our home was a difficult decision. Bonita made us feel comfortable and reassured us every step of the way. Her extensive knowledge of the market was very valuable especially when deciding our list price. She was well prepared and completed steps in advanced to avoid any delays. My husband and I recently relocated to Maryland from out-of-state. Bonita was referred to us by a family member and we're so grateful for her help, guidance, and commitment to helping us relocate. Bonita graciously toured several properties for us virtually as we were unable to travel down to tour properties in person. She worked with our schedules, listened to our feedback, and showed us properties that aligned with our goals and interests. As expected, there were some details to navigate that are a bit more intensive (ie. application process, move-in process/inspection, etc.). Bonita was with us every step of the way. She communicated thoroughly, quickly addressed concerns, and encouraged us. We had to make a quick move which created some stress for us. Bonita provided sound guidance and was a huge stress relief. When we arrived in town, Bonita came to visit us and it was our first time officially meeting in person. It was so wonderful to be able to hug her and thank her in person for all of her help. She was a true Godsend throughout our transition. She is thorough, listens exceptionally well, is dedicated and dependable, and a hard worker. Bonita genuinely shared our excitement and joy when we finally found a place to call home. We cannot recommend her enough! She stayed in contact with me throughout the process which I appreciate. She was not pushy at all she listened to my needs and she delivered. She found the perfect home for my son and I and I am forever grateful.

Bonita was amazing. She allowed me to close on a home and sell a home in less than 45 days. She is extremely knowledgeable. She listens to your desires and facilitates a smooth transaction. I had a few things that needed to be corrected before the sell of my home. She not only assisted me in scheduling the work but made sure that it was done properly with all of the documentation.
