Bobby was very knowledgeable, knew the area market, and what needed to be done to make the house salable. He was very conscientious and marketed the house well. Bobby knows many tradespeople and could recommend good and fair priced contractors for need repairs, painting, roofing, electrical, etc. He did much of the work contacting workmen, getting quotes for our approval, and making sure the work was completed.
