I could easily write a couple of pages to back up my title of this review. Yes, he really is that good and I am going to tell you why. Keep reading and you will learn why your decision to hire Bob as your broker will prove to be very valuable to you and could be costly if you don’t. 3% commission just to sell a house! What an easy way to make a bunch of money... Like most people, that’s what we thought. HA! If you are getting ready to buy or sell a house, especially a ‘used house’ and deciding on which Realtor to hire, consider yourself very fortunate to be reading this prior to making your decision. Up until this real estate transaction, I could have never fathomed the true importance of this decision. We found Bob through our next-door neighbor who had just sold his house. We commented on how fast he sold. Our neighbor said; “I had a price in mind to sell, but Bob told me how much I should be listing the house for. Ultimately I listened to him. As a result, he was able to generate so much interest in the house, it worked out better than I originally thought.” Luckily, we agreed; ‘hmmm, sounds like this guy knows what he is doing, lets use him to sell our house.’ This proved to be our 1st great (and most important) decision in the selling process! First step is to understand the value of Bob’s recommendation on the ‘listing price’. There is a tendency to think; ‘the Realtor wants to price the house low to make it easy to sell and we think our house can sell for more.’ Bob did thorough homework and a complete analysis, then said to us; “this is what you should list your home for, and why.” Based on our neighbor’s result, we said; “If that’s what you think we should list it for, do it.” Our 2nd great decision! Ultimately, between Bob’s networking contacts, rearranging showings to create maximum demand, and creating a sense of urgency with prospective Buyers, the results were nothing less than spectacular.
