Bob Avery was my agent when purchasing my first house this winter. Bob made the whole overwhelming process seem easy. He listened to what I wanted in a house and helped me through the decision making process. Once I found my house, he was amazing at working with the sellers agent to get me a great deal. He was there for me from start to finish, even through the holidays, and we got it done. Now that I have closed on the house, he is still giving me hand with contractor recommendations, and checking up to make sure all is well. I recommend him to anyone who may being buying and selling a home! You won't be disappointed!
