Raised on a farm in Alabama, I later received my Business Degree from The University of West Alabama after which I spent 11 years with The Southern Railway System, now Norfolk Southern. The first 5 years in track and train operations and the last 6 years were spent in Labor Relations at the corporate headquarters in Washington, DC. It was there that I began to develop valuable negotiation skills meeting with Transportation Union Vice Presidents and General Chairmen, discussing and settling grievances and frequently writing position papers and arguing the corporate position before a professional Arbiter. After leaving Southern, I enjoyed a successful career in the Technology Industry in various positions placing Enterprise Solutions into the US Federal Government Departments, Agencies and top 500 corporations. Jillian and I moved to the Delaware Shore in October 2010. Prior to that, Jillian had spent more than 5 years in the Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland and DC Real Estate market. It seemed such a natural choice, so I joined Jillian in Real Estate here at the Shore in 2011. Having spent so many years competing and achieving success in one of the most competitive markets in the Nation, I know, through experience and success, what it takes to earn the trust and confidence of my clients as well as adversaries and to quickly understand their requirements. Adding to that over 30 years of vacationing and living at the Delaware and Coastal Maryland beaches, we are well qualified to work with our buyers and sellers to accomplish their Coastal Delaware home needs, regardless of their taste and price range.
