Full disclosure, Bill is a good family friend, so there was naturally an element of convenience, but we did not regret it! We had specific needs for a home, perimeters that were somewhat unusual, but Bill was always willing to show us homes he had found and was always incredibly responsive as we navigated the buying process for the first time.
