The first day when we met with Bill at our property there was no question in our minds. Bill has been doing this for a long time and more importantly, He Loves What He Does! There was a certain passion for excellence that Bill exemplified in many ways; great understanding of the business, great communication, honest and truthful, diligent and proactive, kind and caring. We live 230 miles away from the property we were selling so we relied on Bill to be our eyes and ears, so to speak. I would highly recommend Bill Hanna because he is extremely dedicated and always made us feel like we were top priority in his busy schedule.
