Bill helped my wife, and I find and purchase our first home. Weekend after weekend he made himself available to our tight schedule and helped ease the stress of looking for our first home. Going into this process I didn't think we would find something big enough for us and our kids, something nice enough to feel comfortable in, and something affordable enough to not leave us in a financial bind. Bill helped us find all of those things. 30 years ago, he helped my parents find the home I grew up in and this May he made it a family tradition.
