His expertise and knowledge exceeds many realtors. He had contacts in home fix-ups with a good handy man as well as lenders. The buyer's agent was unable to get lending for their client, but Bill was able to recommend another lender so that the loan would be approved and I was able to sell. He has been in the business for a long time and there is no substitute for experience. Bill is also a person of integrity. He will explain thoroughly or he will research and get back to me with the answer. I am glad he was my agent because I could trust him.
Bill has been a family friend for over 15 years. He has a low-key approach to selling and marketing the home. We spent more time discussing raising dogs and kids than we did about selling our place. Bill is about relationships. He helped us find a contractor/handyman with the same value to assist in making the place look beautiful for selling. When it came time for the open house, he was like an NFL quarterback for the Super Bowl. He knew the playbook of the market and provided us with a handwritten schedule on a calendar that included the date he expected the offer to come in. He was spot on for the written offers and presented us with all the offers without adding his bias. He helped negotiate the best offer that fit our as well as the buyers' needs.
Walked us through and held our hands all the way through the process . Made selling our house so easy. Always kept us informed even while we were on vacation . Professional and was always ready to answer our many questions and accommodate our requests. So fortunate to have had him as our realtor . Couldn't have asked for more.

We have know Bill for over 20 years. Knowing he is well rooted in our community it was a natural decision to reach out to him when we decided to put our Condo up for sale. He took care of all the details - house inspection, carpet cleaning, house cleaning, staging, videography, etc. Everyday we received either an email or text with updates. Once he began showing the condo, Bill would give us a report on how many people stopped by and who may have shown interest.
