Bill and his staff have been very helpful with this process, keeping us up to date and informed every step of the way. We would definitely work with them again, and refer him and his staff to friends and family who need assistance buying or selling property.

Bill was a long time friend of my late mother. I was treated by Bill and his crew like family from the beginning. Open, honest conversations about everything. I am grateful for his expertise and connections in the realtor world. He and his staff made a difficult time a little easier. I cant imagine having a better experience.

Bill and his amazing team did such a fabulous job guiding us through the arduous process of selling my mom's condo after she passed. We had many hurdles to clear including navigating the HOA, but Bill was with us every step of the way providing guidance and advocating on our behalf when needed. When the market took a downward turn, Bill encouraged us to keep calm and trust the process. I would highly recommend Bill and would trust him implicitly with my next home sale/purchase.

Over the years, Bill has helped many of my friends achieve their dream of home ownership. He's also great at selling homes too. Bill really knows the market, and his team is helpful, staying on top of all the details. In fact, after you began working with Real Quest, it feels like you are a team! Bill is patient, and quick to respond as questions and issues arise. Bill does not get rattled. His strong faith helps him move forward with optimism. Bill sold our home during a challenging time in the real estate market, getting us the best price possible.

Bill is amazing. He has helped us buy, sell, and buy again. All three of these situations or not easy for reasons outside of Bill's control but he did all he could to make it flow with ease and less stress. His team as worked off hours, late nights, and holidays to make sure we get the house we want and the most money for our home sale. Highly, highly recommend Bill and his time when selling or buying a home. I hope we are selling soon but if we did I no doubt would pick Bill.

Bill helped us buy our first home and when our family need to move helped sell our home and find a new home. He navigated us through one of the most stressful times and during a time when the market was shifting quickly. "The only thing more stressful than buy or selling a house, is buying and selling a house at the same time!" With Bill experience and awesomeness you can't go wrong with him.

I met Bill many years ago as our dogs got along at the dog park. He has been my go-to agent when I purchased a house and when I recently sold my condo. His expertise and knowledge exceeds many realtors. He had contacts in home fix-ups with a good handy man as well as lenders. The buyer's agent was unable to get lending for their client, but Bill was able to recommend another lender so that the loan would be approved and I was able to sell. He has been in the business for a long time and there is no substitute for experience. Bill is also a person of integrity. He will explain thoroughly or he will research and get back to me with the answer. I am glad he was my agent because I could trust him.

Bill has been a family friend for over 15 years. He has a low-key approach to selling and marketing the home. We spent more time discussing raising dogs and kids than we did about selling our place. Bill is about relationships. He helped us find a contractor/handyman with the same value to assist in making the place look beautiful for selling. When it came time for the open house, he was like an NFL quarterback for the Super Bowl. He knew the playbook of the market and provided us with a handwritten schedule on a calendar that included the date he expected the offer to come in. He was spot on for the written offers and presented us with all the offers without adding his bias. He helped negotiate the best offer that fit our as well as the buyers' needs.

Walked us through and held our hands all the way through the process . Made selling our house so easy. Always kept us informed even while we were on vacation . Professional and was always ready to answer our many questions and accommodate our requests. So fortunate to have had him as our realtor . Couldn't have asked for more.

Bill is kind, very good at what he does. He goes the extra mile on all aspects. He has 40 years of real estate experience and it shows. Local boy does good. Would never use another Realtor. His daughters are also very good at their jobs to make things flow. Thank you Cantrell family for your awesomeness.

Bill helped me for two years until I find right home. He is very patient and experienced and I was very confident to work with him. He is active and friendly to everyone including the opponent’s agent. Krystina was smart and fast. I will work the Bill and Krystina again.

Bill's been our realtor for over 30 years and he's always provided courteous, honest service with top notch expertise. He's helped our family with 6 different real estate transactions with highly positive results. We'd definitely recommend him.
