Bill Can!trell

We originally met Bill 40+ years ago when we walked into a random real estate office. Our first experience with Bill was so amazing, our family has used him for around 20 transactions since and Krystina has just improved an already incredible service. This transaction was a little more complicated than any other transaction we’ve done in the past and they helped us navigate it and complete the sale without issue. We have known Bill for over 25 years and have used him and his team on 5 house transactions. When we decided to sell he was the first person I considered even though we live an hour away and knew it would be hard for him but we wanted to give him the first shot. He worked with us to get everything ready to sell from staging to pricing correctly. Pricing was huge as the market was not good in our area and some houses had been on the market for a year. Once we got it ready he was very committed to holding open houses which I feel was crucial in selling the house. The market here was not like selling in the Bay Area and Bill understood that and did whatever it took to get the house sold. After 5 open house weekends and no offers Bill had to talk me off the ledge as we had a purchase in NV that was contingent on us selling. After 7 long weeks with no offers and the house being "move in" ready I asked Bill if he thought we should lower the price. Bill agreed with me and stated that if we are going to lower the price we can't just lower it 10k or 20k we needed to lower it by 50k. I wasn't happy as I truely thought we could get 900k for the house but we went ahead and did as Bill suggested. That following weekend Bill held another open house with the lower price and we ended up getting and offer for 10k over the new price. Bill's daughters were always on top of everything that came up. Always communicating to us every step of the way. Everything closed without any issues and this made my wife and I very happy. I hope not to have to sell another house but if I do I well definitely reach out to Bill since I know he will never retire ;)

Bill and his Krystina where very helpful from the beginning to closing. Bill is a honest and compassionate man who really cares about his clients, I really like Bill I have known him for years from serving with him at church now the pleasure of working with him. Bill was always available to answer any questions I had. Christina and Bill made closing very easy to understand all documents you needed to sign. Yes I would highly recommend Bill to everyone. Bill is the guy who will always be on your side, work in your best interest and make sure you get the best deal possible. He is a great communicator, he has the experience and expertise to solve problems creatively, and he truly cares about his clients. He handled the buying of my home with grace and calm confidence even though we faced many obstacles and were in a very short timeline. I always felt like a priority and that he was in control of the situation, I was never left wondering which was very reassuring as a first time home buyer.

Mr. Cantrell and his staff were always available, night or day, 7 days a week, to respond to questions or concerns. He provided advice regarding every aspect of the transaction, from what repairs and improvements would enhance to the sale, to what reports would be needed. The amount of time he and his staff spent in preparation for sale and processing the sale was incredible. He and Krystina were invariably patient and courteous.
