We have known Bill for over 25 years and have used him and his team on 5 house transactions. When we decided to sell he was the first person I considered even though we live an hour away and knew it would be hard for him but we wanted to give him the first shot. He worked with us to get everything ready to sell from staging to pricing correctly. Pricing was huge as the market was not good in our area and some houses had been on the market for a year. Once we got it ready he was very committed to holding open houses which I feel was crucial in selling the house. The market here was not like selling in the Bay Area and Bill understood that and did whatever it took to get the house sold. After 5 open house weekends and no offers Bill had to talk me off the ledge as we had a purchase in NV that was contingent on us selling. After 7 long weeks with no offers and the house being "move in" ready I asked Bill if he thought we should lower the price. Bill agreed with me and stated that if we are going to lower the price we can't just lower it 10k or 20k we needed to lower it by 50k. I wasn't happy as I truely thought we could get 900k for the house but we went ahead and did as Bill suggested. That following weekend Bill held another open house with the lower price and we ended up getting and offer for 10k over the new price. Bill's daughters were always on top of everything that came up. Always communicating to us every step of the way. Everything closed without any issues and this made my wife and I very happy. I hope not to have to sell another house but if I do I well definitely reach out to Bill since I know he will never retire ;)

Bill and his Krystina where very helpful from the beginning to closing. Bill has been my realtor/broker on more than one occasion, and on each sale/purchase, he has been not only punctual and courteous, but has patiently and promptly provided answers to every question. He has addressed every concern within 24 hours, usually less. I have total confidence in his abilities and those of his staff, who are nothing less than awesome.

I'm so thankful for Bill and his team. We were selling my mom's house, which was somewhat stressful. 1. Interview - I met with three agents. Bill came prepared with data about the neighborhood and comparable homes. He talked about the process clearly. He was on time and friendly and helped me feel at ease. Of the three agents, he had the best rate and the best plan of attack. 2. Pre-sale - Bill provided expertise and experts to deal with the home inspection, yard cleanup, home cleaning, repairs, etc. He even personally dealt with some things that we needed last minute, like taking some hazardous waste (household cleaners) to the dump. 3. Sale - Wow! His strategy worked. We had 15 offers in less than a week and were able to choose a buyer who offered almost $100k over our asking price. The house was posted for sale and then closed in little over a month. 4. Communication - Bill and his team communicated with us the way we needed. My siblings and I got frequent updates via text. He talked us through the various offers and helped us choose one with great advice about the differences among the offers and what they meant. Plus, he helped keep us through breaking out the numbers separately from the people offering. 5. Listing - The staging, pictures, and post were absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed by how well our house looked. I am so thankful for his and his team's support. This was a big deal to sell our childhood home and he made it so easy.
