I sent an email through realtor.com and Bigg was the first to answer - within 1/2 hour I believe. That afternoon we were looking at the first of 3 condos. He stayed on top of all new listings and got us in to one the second it listed, which helped us become the first offer and it was accepted! Stayed with us through the end of closing. Bigg was super easy to work with, easy to speak with and kept us informed of the local market throughout the entire way.
