Selling my Condo was a challenging experience. Dealing with a HOA makes selling quite difficult. However, Beverly was nothing but positive. She took the time to show me houses in different locations, she answered every call and text. She listen to what I wanted and she cared so much that she also asked me the hard question so that whatever decision I made I had all the information I needed. I am so thankful for her honesty, and her integrity was refreshing. Beverly knows the market. She introduced me to areas I didn't even know existed, and when we found the house I fell in love with, she made time celebrated with me. Beverly made my nightmare experience a dream come true. Now, that's what I called an Elevated Experience. YAY!!! I'm a Homeowner!!!!

My experience with Beverly was great, she was always on time and communicated with me so well. I was a first time home buyer and she guided me through the process and when I felt like I couldn’t understand something she made sense of it for me. She responded at anytime and if she couldn’t she would always call me back ask soon as she could

I was looking for an agent on Zillow and Beverly was sent the lead. She followed up very quickly, scheduled viewings the next day and had two offers accepted the same day. Wonderful agent and now a new great friend.
