Beverly is my absolute hero. I was moving cross country and told her I had to sell my condo ASAP. She suggested I just concentrate on my move and she would sell my condo after I left, which ended up saving me a whole lot of stress and time, and it was very thoughtful of her. I left everything in her capable hands and she made the whole process so easy for me! She stayed in close touch, handled any issues that came up, looked after my condo, and was so supportive every step of the way. I let her know my priority was selling as fast as possible - and that is what she did. The sales price she calculated was perfect and I had offers right away. She really worked her magic. She did all of this during the COVID-19 outbreak, by the way, to give you an idea of how hard she works. She really goes to bat for her clients and goes above and beyond.
