I had a big move and if it had not been for Betty helping me with packing, donating belongings, getting organized, arranging for movers, etc. I would not have been able to get everything done. Betty was great to work with. She had contacts for all the inspections we needed so that it didn't fall on us to find someone. She even followed up to make sure we filed for our homestead exemption months after the sale of our home. I also contacted her even later after that with an issue we were having with our septic and she made the calls and got someone to come out and look at it for us that day. She is fantastic.
First and foremost, Betty was there from the first day til closing every minute. She was always responsive to all our questions and quickly got the ball rolling on all the specifics of selling an older house. Betty has been a friend for 20 years. She sold our last home in one day back in 2015, and helped us with the closing of the house we currently reside. She also sold my mothers house during a very difficult time as her health was failing. Two years ago Betty helped get my son a beautiful house that took some negotiations.
