Betty helped me figure out what I wanted from a home AND what I could get for my budget. The first question was rental vs home ownership, and it didn’t take more than a day showing apartments and condos to decide on home ownership. The second was new construction vs remodel. I loved the new construction but it all seemed so far away from my work and social centers. Betty finally found me a home that hadn’t even been built yet, but the location was perfect! We toured the model home in Melbourne to make sure and it had everything I wanted based on what she had already showed me. A few months later, construction is complete, the home is under warranty, and I just moved in last week! All thanks to Betty Greene - I never could have found a house this nice on my own!
