Beth was fantastic with getting our home listed in a reasonable amount of time, throwing in a little trick she knew, that worked VERY well! She then made it a point to not only meet the appraiser but lead him to see the property through ours and her own eyes. to ensure that they were putting value on the land as well as our home. Beth went truly above and beyond. She took ample time to learn what we were looking for and found great listing after great listing, we just kept losing out. (This was during the peak madness late 2021). We eventually found a new build and she helped us stay aware of "gotchas" that come up during the build process. I can't recommend her highly enough!
