She was always available to answer questions, calm my concerns and had valuable input, which I appreciate very much. Did I mention FUN? Beth was fantastic with getting our home listed in a reasonable amount of time, throwing in a little trick she knew, that worked VERY well! She then made it a point to not only meet the appraiser but lead him to see the property through ours and her own eyes. to ensure that they were putting value on the land as well as our home. She guided us through every step, notified us of everything that was happening along the way, and gave us much encouragement when it was needed. Beth went truly above and beyond. She took ample time to learn what we were looking for and found great listing after great listing, we just kept losing out. (This was during the peak madness late 2021). We eventually found a new build and she helped us stay aware of "gotchas" that come up during the build process. I can't recommend her highly enough!
Beth was great to work with. She made me feel comfortable right off the bat. Loved that she sat down with me to let me know her plan of attack on getting my place on the market. I also liked that she was able to give me her advice but always encouraged me make decisions that were best for me. beth was terrific. she was tireless in finding me houses to visit and once my offer was accepted she was tireless in dealing with all the details and the sellers’ agent. i needed someone to guide me thriugh the process and she did just that. i would definitely use her again. and her company, madison properties was terrific too with support and service.
Beth made it fun to look at properties even during the pandemic. If she didn’t know the answer to my question, she always found out. I have referred her to other people and I will use her again when I sell or purchase.
