We had the extreme pleasure of working with Mr. Benny Martinez during the sale of our home after living there for 40 years. Without his help, we would not have been able to accomplish any of these tasks, resulting in a much lower sales price and/or a much longer time on the market. Benny assisted us by driving us to the emergency room and bringing our personal belongings to us while we were hospitalized. He even brought meals and treats which we never expected of a real estate agent! We now consider Benny a very good friend that we cherish and appreciate. Benny had professional pictures taken of our house that looked amazing! He helped us price our house and we received several at or above listing offers on the first day!
