5 Stars are not enough for the Ben Hartman and the Hartman team. Ben and his team blew all of our expectations out of the water! Ben worked tirelessly with our limited schedule to find the ideal house for us. Ben was able to get us into properties at times convenient for us, and was available even when we wanted to attend an open house on a complete whim. His knowledge of the area is absolutely astounding, he knew the builders, issues, concerns, neighborhood, and much more about every single property that we looked at. He helped us negotiate a price that worked for our budget, and helped us get into the house that we wanted. We are now living in our dream house all thanks to the work of Ben Hartman and his Team.

Ben just recently helped me purchase my first home. As someone who was new to the home buying process Ben was excellent, he is incredibly knowledgeable with regard to the home buying process from start to finish and made the entire process incredibly easy. If I ever had a question about the property or process Ben was able to quickly and effectively answer any questions I had. Also, if I needed assistance with anything in connection with the purchase of the home, Ben immediately put me in contact with knowledgeable and experienced individuals (ie mortgage broker, inspector, insurance agent, etc.) . Each individual Ben put me in contact with also did an exceptional job in guiding me to closing. I would definitely recommend Ben and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Ben was determined to sell my house for me. After a buyer was not able to secure financing he worked diligently to get me a new buyer in just two days! He worked with the new buyer to do some minor work so that he could get insurance and even cut the lawn so that there would be no issues during the walk-through. When I have another property for sale, I'm calling Ben for help.
