Ben is the best realtor ever! He helped me very quickly find exactly what I was looking for, and went above and beyond to help with the buying process. He was patient with my 5000 questions, and always very responsive. He listened to what I was looking for, never pressured me, and delivered a great place and a super easy process. On a side note, he is currently selling the apartment I’m moving out of now for my landlord, and is always very respectful with people seeing the place. I will definitely use Ben as my realtor again!

Meeting Ben has been a complete pleasure and has made my life much easier when I was prepared for tougher times while selling our townhome at 8111B Northboro Court. I owned the unit along with my 3 sisters and we all were not looking forward to the day we would have to sell the property of which my mother had owned and left to us upon her passing. My daughter was living at the residence when she was approached by Ben while moving her belongings to her own new home that she had purchased in the acreage of Loxahatchee. Ben let her know that he lived in the same complex and if she needed any assistance he was pleased to help but made it clear that there was no pressure. My daughter gave me Bens contact numbers and from day one I feel that Ben and I were on the same page and he made every move easy on selling our property. Since he also was on the board he was able to help us with items that were the responsibility of the maintenance firm that was responsible for such repairs, these repairs had not taken place due to our apathy and without Ben we may have incurred more out of pocket expenses. Ben placed the unit at a price that we never thought we would achieve and to our amazement he sold the property at the asking price. The closing went smoother than myself and my 3 sisters could ever imagine and nothing changed, everything that Ben presented was carried out in a professional manner. If it were not for Ben we would have spent our own money out of pocket to replace or repair items that we would not have gained any extra income upon the selling. He was able to give us contacts to make the residence presentable for sell and kept our best interest to not spend unnecessary funds that were not needed. Ben and I keep in contact on a personal basis and he has given my family advice that has helped us in our endeavors. I know I have written a book about Ben but without his assistance on the whole matter this sell could have been a disaster.

Me and my fiancée are a young couple who were completely new to the home buying experience. Having rented for so long, it was very difficult to understand policies terminology’s and how everything worked to become first time home owners. Ben was with us at every step of the way. He and his team were very patient with us and explained every step in such great detail. Buying a home is a very big and life changing decision and they made us feel very comfortable. Ben worked tirelessly with our limited schedule to find the ideal house for us. Ben was able to get us into properties at times convenient for us, and was available even when we wanted to attend an open house on a complete whim. His knowledge of the area is absolutely astounding, he knew the builders, issues, concerns, neighborhood, and much more about every single property that we looked at. He helped us negotiate a price that worked for our budget, and helped us get into the house that we wanted. We are now living in our dream house all thanks to the work of Ben Hartman and his Team.

Ben just recently helped me purchase my first home. As someone who was new to the home buying process Ben was excellent, he is incredibly knowledgeable with regard to the home buying process from start to finish and made the entire process incredibly easy. If I ever had a question about the property or process Ben was able to quickly and effectively answer any questions I had. Also, if I needed assistance with anything in connection with the purchase of the home, Ben immediately put me in contact with knowledgeable and experienced individuals (ie mortgage broker, inspector, insurance agent, etc.) . Ben was determined to sell my house for me. After a buyer was not able to secure financing he worked diligently to get me a new buyer in just two days! He worked with the new buyer to do some minor work so that he could get insurance and even cut the lawn so that there would be no issues during the walk-through. When I have another property for sale, I'm calling Ben for help.
