Meeting Ben has been a complete pleasure and has made my life much easier when I was prepared for tougher times while selling our townhome at 8111B Northboro Court. I owned the unit along with my 3 sisters and we all were not looking forward to the day we would have to sell the property of which my mother had owned and left to us upon her passing. My daughter was living at the residence when she was approached by Ben while moving her belongings to her own new home that she had purchased in the acreage of Loxahatchee. Ben let her know that he lived in the same complex and if she needed any assistance he was pleased to help but made it clear that there was no pressure. My daughter gave me Bens contact numbers and from day one I feel that Ben and I were on the same page and he made every move easy on selling our property. Since he also was on the board he was able to help us with items that were the responsibility of the maintenance firm that was responsible for such repairs, these repairs had not taken place due to our apathy and without Ben we may have incurred more out of pocket expenses. Ben placed the unit at a price that we never thought we would achieve and to our amazement he sold the property at the asking price. The closing went smoother than myself and my 3 sisters could ever imagine and nothing changed, everything that Ben presented was carried out in a professional manner. If it were not for Ben we would have spent our own money out of pocket to replace or repair items that we would not have gained any extra income upon the selling. He was able to give us contacts to make the residence presentable for sell and kept our best interest to not spend unnecessary funds that were not needed. Ben and I keep in contact on a personal basis and he has given my family advice that has helped us in our endeavors. I know I have written a book about Ben but without his assistance on the whole matter this sell could have been a disaster.
Me and my fiancée are a young couple who were completely new to the home buying experience. Having rented for so long, it was very difficult to understand policies terminology’s and how everything worked to become first time home owners. Ben was with us at every step of the way. He and his team were very patient with us and explained every step in such great detail. Buying a home is a very big and life changing decision and they made us feel very comfortable.
