I had worked with Ben a few years ago on another sale and now on 9015 Twig Road and in both cases they were closing out estates of our parents which have passed on and he made it so easy on the family in hard times. His knowledge of the market was on the top of his game and in both cases we were surprised on how easy he made it to sell the estates ( no stress). Ben was always there when I had any questions no matter what time or day. If it were not for Ben I would have spent more money and time on the properties we were selling fixing items that would not have made a difference in the selling price. On our previous sale Ben even help me find contractors to carry out the work necessary for a more appealing appearance of the residence and he also handled the opening and closing of the residence where the work was to be carried out for the sale to make it easier on our family. The 9015 Twig Road property was a neglected property and Ben was very precise of what was and was not necessary for the sale and in the end he was exactly right which saved us a lot of time and money. Ben is a person that anyone can be comfortable around and because of this my wife and I have become close friends and will always stay in contact even if there is no business involved.
