I had worked with Ben a few years ago on another sale and now on 9015 Twig Road and in both cases they were closing out estates of our parents which have passed on and he made it so easy on the family in hard times. His knowledge of the market was on the top of his game and in both cases we were surprised on how easy he made it to sell the estates ( no stress). If it were not for Ben I would have spent more money and time on the properties we were selling fixing items that would not have made a difference in the selling price.
