Ben is not just an outstanding agent, he's an outstanding person. This was a very stressful situation for my family and me. Ben took as much off of my plate as possible, even hiring a cleaning company for me and paying them on my behalf. Of course I paid him back, but who does that these days?!?!?! He also dealt with the City on our behalf and cleared an open permit from the 1980's. He constantly checked in with me to see how I was doing and if he could do anything at all to help my family. He also kept me updated on every aspect of the sale process. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. Ben could not have been more knowledgeable or professional. I seriously think he should wear a cape!! I could not recommend him any higher and would not even think of using another realtor EVER!

Working with Ben was a joy. He has an unmatched knowledge of the property market in my area. He is an expert on local property values, how "Condo finances" work, what properties hold value, where are the upcoming areas, as well as places to avoid. His negotiating strategies were on point. Ben Hartman is the most knowledgeable realtor in the business, and the most capable negotiator that I have ever met. He was able to get me list price for my home sale, below list price for my home purchase, and got my interest rate locked in at the rock bottom during my 90 day closing period.
