Ben is not just an outstanding agent, he's an outstanding person. This was a very stressful situation for my family and me. Ben took as much off of my plate as possible, even hiring a cleaning company for me and paying them on my behalf. Of course I paid him back, but who does that these days?!?!?! He also dealt with the City on our behalf and cleared an open permit from the 1980's. He constantly checked in with me to see how I was doing and if he could do anything at all to help my family. He was able to get me list price for my home sale, below list price for my home purchase, and got my interest rate locked in at the rock bottom during my 90 day closing period.
