Benjamin Burruel has been exceptional acting as a agent on my behalf assisting me with locating and buying a home. It was evident that he was well trained and he used his training to execute his job as a real estate agent. He was always organized. Some examples; He provided worksheets to take notes for each resident we saw. He went step by step through disclosures prior to me signing everything (exceptional) . He kept me aware of what was next in the process as i went through it on both sides - buyer and seller. He kept a neutral disposition on any decisions that clearly was for me to make without any influence - Greatly Appreciated. He is very meticulous, diligent and informative with the sequence of events , the hurdles , potential challenges and delivering the undesirable news along the way. He is very genuine and i felt like i had a friend as a real estate agent and not just someone i was having a business relationship with.
