Ben provides exceptionally good service. It is a long process from the decision to sell, to the sale, and on through escrow. Ben was available at least 12 hours a day almost every day. He responds very quickly to text / email and telephone. He brings energy and intensity to the process. He has a lot of experience and can handle the ups and downs - of negotiation, bureaucracy and everything else. To get through the detailed process , it may well take hundreds of messages, even if it is a relatively quick sale and normal escrow. Ben is a good balance of knowledge, energy and flexibility.
