Ben was an amazing resource when selling our childhood/parents' home after they had both passed away. He was happy to meet with us before we were even ready to sell, and laid out a plan so we could get the ball rolling right away once we were ready. He was sensitive to the emotional aspect of the situation and offered guidance throughout the process, including referrals to inspectors, vendors for repair, etc. He thoughtfully walked us through all the offers we received, explaining the pros and cons of each, and ensured a quick and seamless sale. I would certainly recommend Ben to any friends or family in the area looking to sell a home.

Ben was absolutely wonderful through the process of selling my first house. I am relocating unfortunately outside of his reach or I would have continued to use him for buying my next house, BUT he had no issue at all helping me by recommending me a lender and even a realtor to help my partner and I buy. He took the time to make sure who he recommended was a good fit for us and he delivered. He was very communicative, broke down and explained things I needed clarification on, and never once made me feel like a burden with my million and one questions I threw at him at any hour of the day. Due to some life circumstances on my end we had to move up my selling date which interfered with an event he was part of out of state. He was so accommodating and even though he had someone stand in for him for any immediate needs, he still made sure to check in with me while he was away. Seeing as this was my first home that I owned myself, the selling of it was a little emotional, but Ben making everything so easy and so secure made it 10x easier. I do hope I get the chance to recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy and/or sell. The passion for what he does is evident. I didn't feel like just a client that was putting money in his pocket, nor did I feel rushed in anything. I could tell that he genuinely cared and I wish nothing but the best for him and his growing company. 10/10 service.

Ben did an above and beyond job for us. He made the process easy and walked us through each step. We even had an offer above asking within one hour of our house hitting the market!
