Ben was always prompt to respond via all forms of communication - phone, text and email. He was timely in responding to all my requests, helping secure the deal. He went above and beyond after the closing to assist with the move in and making sure the house was ready. He did things and was present at times he didn’t have to be. He was always professional and friendly, willing to help in any way he could.
