I had to put my elderly parents' house up for sale in the Charlotte area while living and working in another part of North Carolina. Fortunately, a family member told me that they knew an excellent agent, Bella, who had previously helped them look for a home in that area. When I met Bella Mathews and her friendly team, I knew that we were in the best real estate care possible (and that is not an exaggeration.) Bella's team got to work on the landscaping, power washing, plumbing, bathroom flooring, duct work, walkways... (you get the idea!) They turned my parents' dated house of thirty years into a property of real beauty! Bella remained in constant contact with us, walking us through the paperwork, sending photos of her team's progress, reminding us of deadlines, going to bat for us when the appraiser misrepresented the house size and the commodities, you name it, Bella was on top of every detail of the sale process and providing daily reports. There are probably lots of decent real estate agents, but Bella became like family to us with her care.
