Becky worked with us on both the purchase of a new home and the sale of our former home. She was very patient with us as our search narrowed to a particular area where homes did not become available often, and this slowed the buying end considerably. She quickly flagged properties for us to see and got us in to see them as soon as possible. She pursued answers to questions for us, with the listing agents and the HOA management association in the area we were looking. She was gracious to do that, as some of those things may have fallen outside of her purview. In the meantime, we worked with her to prepare to list our home, so we were ready to go on that end, once we’d made a purchase. She works with a wonderful photographer and the listing for our home was very appealing. Though the buying end took maybe 8 months, once we’d found a home, the sale of our property went quickly, and within 2 ½ months we had completed both ends of the process. Becky was calm in the whirlwind of details that ensued, and she and her office kept us apprised of steps we needed to complete along the way.
