Bart did a great job, start to finish. He produced a very effective video tour which generated a lot of foot traffic and he hosted 3 open houses. Bart patiently & professionally guided me through the sale process and my house did eventually sell for several thousand dollars more than I expected to receive. He did a fantastic job.
