We are a military family that were given an assignment to Florida. Bart was referred to us by another military family, and he did not disappoint. Moving from Virginia to Florida, and working around military deployments, we only had one chance to look at properties in person prior to purchase. Bart was able to arrange multiple viewings, and walk us through submitting multiple offers. When none of our offers were accepted we went back to Virginia. Bart continued to help us search virtually. The property we purchased was on the market for a single day. Bart was able to find the listing, schedule a visit, show us the property over FaceTime, draft the offer, and we were under contract within hours. From there, he stepped us through the entire process and saw us all the way to closing. I would advise any potential buyer to do their research and find the right agent; thanks to Bart I no longer need to do that.
Bart was SO helpful while I was buying my first home! He completely understood what I was looking for, FaceTimed us to show us the house, made sure all inspection items were covered and confirmed the final walk through.
