We are a military family that were given an assignment to Florida. Bart was referred to us by another military family, and he did not disappoint. Moving from Virginia to Florida, and working around military deployments, we only had one chance to look at properties in person prior to purchase. Bart was able to arrange multiple viewings, and walk us through submitting multiple offers. When none of our offers were accepted we went back to Virginia. Bart continued to help us search virtually.
