Barry Slaton

We have used Barry Slaton on all of our homes/property purchases. In our first experience of selling our first house we interviewed many agents and he was more prepared than all other agents combined at the first meeting, very diligent. He is very knowledgeable about the current market statuses and what the price ranges are like in a certain area. When we were looking to buy, he would send us properties seemingly daily that he thought fit what we were looking for. We would spend hole days with Barry looking at properties, with our children many times and he was always welcoming and willing to work with our situation. He was always reachable, and if he missed a call he would return very promptly. While we were selling all showings were scheduled, which helped as we were raising small children. He was always very honest with us, and up front, never were we caught unaware about anything during the processes. Barry Slaton and the Silver City Group are the only Real Estate Agents I would recommend.

Barry sold our home. From the beginning, selling this house was a challenge to sell due to it's steep yard. We also had several buyers fallout due to financing issues. Barry stuck with it and always advised us on how to best achieve our goals. He never pushed us to do something we were uncomfortable with or to push our price for a quick sale. I would definitely use him again.
