I found Barry by accident. I saw a property online that I was interested and called the Hilton Head BH office. Turns out Barry had sold a homesite to my sister and brother-in-law several years ago. Barry took me to see several properties on HH and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the area. I ended up purchasing a homesite in Habersham with Barry’s help. He’s a very friendly, upbeat person and a pleasure to work with I finding the perfect spot for me. I recommend him highly.

Our buying experience with Barry has been truly one of the best of our lifetime from start to finish. As a NJ couple looking for a vacation home on Hilton Head, which will ultimately become our retirement home, it was important for us to work with a realtor that understood the challenges of a long distance search. While we had selected specific properties to look at in advance of our trip, based on what he learned about us and his knowledge of the market, Barry also suggested we take a look at a few additional properties. And we are so glad he did as we ultimately purchased one of these. When choosing a realtor to partner with on our journey, top traits that were important to us were: patience, integrity, experience, knowledge, responsiveness and someone that we really just liked to interact with. Extremely knowledgeable about the Hilton Head area. Barry honestly went above and beyond showing us the various plantations and assisting us with identifying which plantation fit our wants and needs. I can’t say enough about my experience with Barry and the purchase of my home.
