We worked with the Barnes and Moore Team to sell one of our rentals a few months ago. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They worked with us long distance while we were out the country and the home was closing. They made sure everything went smoothly and we couldn't have had a better outcome. Soon we will have another rental home to sell and we will be working with them again. Highly recommend!

I can truly say Alicia and Gerry made selling our home a simple process. They came out to our home and walked us through the process and gave us pointers how to stage our home. We lived in our home for 37 years. Over the fast 4 years we discussed selling with Ginny Moore. Pulling the trigger to sell was not easy. Ginny showed great patients in understanding our delays. In June of this year, our family endured an extraordinary event which allowed us to move forward. The day before our home was due to go on market, my wife and I tested positive for Covid. Another week delay. When showings began, we received a full price offer. Our house is the best and factually, the last house built in the neighborhood. Our offer came with a VA loan. I know people look at closing VA loans as potentially difficult. Ginny walked me off the ledge with knowledge of the process. With knowledge of the lender and that the package was not speculative but complete. This loan would close! Upon easing our mind, we accepted the offer. The inspection showed all the things that I felt were shortcomings. I always wanted to sell this house as a great mature house. The requested repairs and a few others were completed in a timely manner and the house was sold August 10. Ginny worked for me in every way . She is professional and earned her commission. I could not have done this without her guidance. Her business is only successful by doing the right things. Those extraordinary circumstances will lead her to sell my sister-in-law’s house and help three near 70 people find a very special house for our later years.
