Barbara Saputo

Working with Barbara made the whole selling process easy and stress-free. She was calm, sensible, and kept me informed every step of the way without being overbearing. She was always proactive and helpful, giving great advice while letting me make my own decisions without any pressure. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and the entire experience was genuinely positive. I’d gladly work with her again and very happy to recommend her.

I cannot express my gratitude enough! Barbara not only helped with my many questions, but was available for hands on help every step of the way! Should you find yourself in need of a realtor, there is only ONE choice in my opinion. Love Barbara.

Barbara was very professional. We were selling a family members house and we live out of state. She took care of business and made the transition smooth.

Barbara gave us great advice as to how to prep the house for sale and walked us through the entire process. As always there were a few bumps in the road, but Barbara walked with us through to a final successful conclusion. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home with no reservations.

Barbara is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of buying and selling a home and guided us every step of the way through the buying process. She was always available to answer our questions and listened to our concerns as we navigated through the decision making process. Barbara is professional in every way, yet became a good friend to us and eased our minds with certain issues along the way. Thanks, Barbara.

Barbara is top notch. She stays on top of everything happening in the real estate world and is always current with knowledge and information. Her follow up is great. We highly recommend Barbara both on the seller and buyer's end of things.
