How wonderful when a business associate becomes a good friend! Barbara had sold several houses for my son and family and came highly recommended. She was complimentary of my home on the mountain and waited quietly in the background through my husband's illness, until I was ready to think about a move. We had been in this wonderful home on Shades Crest mountain for 30 years, so a move was going to be hard. Barbara brought her photographer who took wonderful pictures and drone shots and still waited patiently until the time was right for me. When that time, Barbara was ready to list my home immediately and it sold the first day! From listing to closing was a record 35 days. She kept me posted on every step along the way and the process went off without a hitch. Amazingly, that month was just before her daughter's wedding. I kept telling her that I knew everything was under control, and she needed to concentrate on being the Mother-of-the-Bride. She was still calling me the day before the closing and wedding and brought the SOLD sign. Needless to say, I have a friend for life.
