Barbara helped me find a condo in my desired price range and location and guided me from the initial property viewing to closing within 3 weeks! She provided prompt responses to my questions and much needed reassurance when any unexpected issues arose. The documentation was easy to follow and sign with DocuSign. She advised that a home inspection be done, which revealed that the hot water heater was 44 years old and needed to be replaced. She was able to negotiate a credit from the seller to help cover the expense of the new unit. I was very satisfied with Barbara's knowledge and skills. She made the process seem easy, even though I hadn't purchased a property in over 30 years!
