This is the fourth time we have used Tim and he has been awesome! None of our deals including this one have been ordinary but Tim dives in, gets us the info we need to make our decision and then follows up with all the parties involved to make certain things are moving forward and on track to meet our deadline.

Tim helped us purchase our first home this fall, and I cannot tell you how thankful we were to have him represent us throughout this process. He went above and beyond in so many facets of this role with clear and concise communication throughout the whole process. He drove hours multiple times over the course of 3 months to help find the suitable home. He protected us not once but twice from getting into situations with homes we would have regretted moving forward with. We learned so so much not only about the home purchasing process from Tim, but also about the home ownership process. We found his lessons and videos invaluable as first time home buyers. Tim did his research and has many connections in the business to help with things like inspections, getting quotes from contractors, and people to help with the closing process. Tim adds his own special touch with personally curated videos either via YouTube or text to help you find the home you will love. He sees so many things in the fine details. There were many instances when Tim would point out details (good or bad) we had miss about prospective homes. He has a talent of walking into any home and spotting things that are unique about the space or things that the previous owners may have made interesting “choices” on. I would recommend Tim to anyone who is considering buying a home. Having someone like him on your side throughout the home buying process will be the best decision you can make not only for your wallet but for your happiness.
Tim is, without question, the absolute best realtor we could have ever imagined. Though this was the first time both my fiancé and myself have bought a home, I’ve seen both of my parents and multiple friends purchase homes, and have heard all about their buying experience. From every angle, Tim surpassed and exceeded our expectations and what I’d learned to “expect” from a realtor. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the market, but he is passionate about it too. As first time home buyers, we had lots of stupid questions, but Tim was extremely helpful and did everything he could to keep reminding us that no question was dumb! Finally, I know for a fact we couldn’t have found a realtor that cared more about us than Tim did, he was doing check ups every step of the way, and you could tell that he genuinely wanted to make sure we were getting into a home that would work for us, and wasn’t trying to speed along the process just to get a check cut. Overall, I couldn’t even imagine having used another realtor, and I know we’ll be using him down the line when we need to upgrade to our second home!

Tim is one of the best communicators. He was in contact every step of the way. He is very present and available. Tim had great ideas that allowed my home to receive multiple bids on day 2 of going live. We discussed the various marketing strategies and proceeded with high quality photos, videos, right-sized staging and advance marketing. “How can I help” is his mantra. We really appreciated his efforts.
My wife and I started working with Tim in February. He absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. He was patient with us as we were getting our feet wet in the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable on not only the market, but with deficiencies and potential repairs needed in each of the houses we looked at.
