I used Tim to assist me in the purchase of a property while I lived 2500 miles away in another state. That meant Tim needed to guide the entire process with little to no assistance from me. He worked with inspectors, closing agents, property managers and kept me fully informed during every step. This required him to physically come to the site dozens of times during the short close window and was always ready and willing to manage every situation. Because of the distance Tim would record every visit and send it to me so I could feel like I was there in person. I have bought dozens of homes in my life and they always are a source of stress and frustration but this transaction was the opposite of the norm.
