He is a diy handyman and that knowledge really comes in handy when looking at homes, he knows all about laying tile, plank flooring, etc. because he has done the work himself! He pays attention to what the market is doing and was always available to answer any questions we had about touring homes, details about our offer, and the finishing touches of the sale. He truly wants to help you find the best home for you!

Tim is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He was available at pretty much all hours (within reason!) to answer our questions and give us updates, advice, and referrals.
