Jody helped me buy and sell a home. The process was pretty straight forward on the purchase, however on the sale several issue came up during closing of 2 different buyers. Jody and Denay stuck with it, came up with some creative fixes for the extended close length needed by the buyer, and helped me get through to close on the sale of my home. They are both very kind and knowledgeable. When I told Jody I needed to sell, she had a stager there in 2 days, and photos in 3 for a nice listing in 4. By day 7 we had several offers to decide on. Also, she is great at recommending people for specific tasks. Pat Cary was great for obtaining my loan on my purchase, contractors Jody knows were great during the sale. Thank you Jody and Denay!
