Long before she was my realtor, Jody was my friend. Is friendship a good enough reason to choose a realtor? Maybe, maybe not, but I knew Jody's big personality and get 'er done drive, so I didn't hesitate. We looked at a villa in February, closed in March and sold and closed on our old house in May.
