Jody kept us on track and gave the best advice. She got a photographer out of her regular service area and her stager did a virtual consultation. We followed her advice every step of the was. She kept my wife from lost her mind throughout the process too.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to sell our lake house after 18 months. Jody was with us every step of the way. Despite daily rule changes re: real estate, Jody was ready to shift, tack, and be creative to help us sell quickly and at a profit. She recommended staging (OMIGAWD DO THIS) and had a professional photographer who took photos. The house was already pretty awesome, she and her team made suggestions that made it sparkle. Her experience is clear in how she acts as a guide. With her expertise we actually walked away with some money in our pocket.
