Bought a home in Haiku, HI in 2023 My husband and I were lucky to have Josh as our agent in buying our new home. It was a complicated sale involving special arrangements with the sellers. Josh has handled the sale very professionally, addressed our concerns adeptly, and brought the deal to the finish line despite many obstacles. When we had concerns and needed to change our title officer, Josh responded quickly, gave us excellent advice, and provided the solution promptly within a few hours literally in the middle of the night. As we had multiple back and forth with the sellers given the nuances and complicated nature of the sale, Josh listened to our concerns closely, promptly provided us with information in great detail, advised us on the pros and cons, and quickly executed our decisions. He met us many times over the phone and in person, as long as we needed, walked us through the property multiple times, listened to our questions and concerns closely, and promptly offered and executed on solutions.
