Amy McMahon was an absolute delight to work with as a first time home buyer! She was so supportive and knowledgeable throughout every step of the process and always made time to answer my many questions along the way. She is friendly, approachable, and professional. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent! She knows what she's doing and she does it with care and kindness.

Throughout our time together, Amy was super easy to communicate with, and gave multiple means of communication (ie text, email, call, in person). She was very timely with her responses and if she needed to reach out to an outside party for any reason, she was always very prompt and forthcoming on whether they responded or not. Amy gave us plenty of references for contractors for anything we may need assistance with in the future and gave tips on what we should expect from each one. We really liked how when we would tour a house, she would make sure everything was set up and would make sure she had all relevant information pulled up. She never hovered around us as we were touring, and never made us feel rushed to look at or choose a home. We trusted her advice and recommendations for the house buying experience, she truly seemed to have our best interest in mind!

Amy was excellent in her knowledge of real estate and patiently explained each step. She went out of her way to find me my next home and help in moving out of one home to the next. No detail was too small. Amy understood my physical challenges and helped me get my garbage can to the street weekly. When asked Amy shared information with my adult children who live in other states so they were sure I was well represented. When challenged with packing up my house Amy connected me with a lady who did much of my packing. Amy also helped me with men who moved my furniture from one house to my next home. I forever grateful to Amy and can highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
