We sold our home of 32 years. We definitely didn't know how to begin the process of selling or what to expect. Amy is very knowledgeable and has all the resources to get any task completed. She communicated everything along the way so we could make informed decisions based on pricing, current market for selling, real-estate lingo, and presentation of the home.

Amy was always quick to respond to us and never made us feel bad for asking questions anytime of day about any little or big thing. We knew Amy was knowledgeable as this was the 2nd time we’ve chosen her to purchase a home. She also represented us in selling our last home. It was very comforting knowing we had her knowledge and experience with buying and selling. Who Amy is as a person and friend flows over abundantly with her business which makes her the perfect realtor. She is very trustworthy and most importantly she is honest. Even if you don’t want to hear it, I guarantee you she has her customers best interest over her own.

It was obvious Amy had done her homework. She knew exactly how to price our home and how much to offer on the new home. She was always available and it was obvious she was dedicated to both our sale and purchase. The way she showed our home digitally with the pictures and description were simply beautiful and so well done. Amy did everything she could to make this experience the best it could be.

Amy is exceptional with her knowledge base of the market, vendors, and procedures. She communicates this knowledge clearly, answers questions fully and promptly, and maintains an open line of communication. I particularly appreciated her willingness to find and interact with necessary vendors on my behalf. Her skills at negotiating are strong. She is always friendly and supportive of her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Throughout our time together, Amy was super easy to communicate with, and gave multiple means of communication (ie text, email, call, in person). She was very timely with her responses and if she needed to reach out to an outside party for any reason, she was always very prompt and forthcoming on whether they responded or not. Amy gave us plenty of references for contractors for anything we may need assistance with in the future and gave tips on what we should expect from each one. We really liked how when we would tour a house, she would make sure everything was set up and would make sure she had all relevant information pulled up. She never hovered around us as we were touring, and never made us feel rushed to look at or choose a home. We trusted her advice and recommendations for the house buying experience, she truly seemed to have our best interest in mind!
