When we looked at the property on McTeer Ave, Thomas greeted us with knowledge, kindness and determination. At that point we were still deciding if we were going to sell our home or not. After speaking with Thomas and seeing the property, we then decided to buy the McTeer property. He was very comforting then with helping us list, negotiate, sell, and close on our property and get settled into the new property all within a month. It was the quickest, seamless transaction anyone could ever imagine. It was the way it should always be! Thomas is a kind, caring person that considers everyone with any obstacles during the process. We were buying from a corporation which made things a little difficult at times, but things finally got settled. I would recommend Thomas as professional and knowledgably relator in this area. I do need to say if you are buying from a corporation in this area that it will be a little bit of a challenge. You just have to have patience.
