Paul knows his profession. As a result he is calming. We had very demanding buyer's with pages of repairs. If it weren't for Paul's stable, calming disposition, humor, physical help and knowledge the sale would not have happened. Even today (7 years after sale) he is my go to for all things real estate. FIRST CLASS Service. I started looking for a piece of land in Boise County 16 months ago. I met Paul Heim, as he was representing a lot I was interested in. That lot didn't work out, but I decided to utilize Paul as my realtor as he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. And he was! We worked on purchasing another lot together for 10 months, but ultimately, it became clear that the owner actually didn't want to sell and he was just running us through hoops. Paul had a lot of experience dealing directly with this character as he'd done business with him many times before. Ultimately that property fell through and just as it did a new lot became available directly across the road.
