Paul took the time to listen to our ideas, needs and wants and showed us the property's that met our definition. He did not try to sell us a house, he tried to help us find a home. He was more interested in helping us find we were looking for; not making a quick sale.
We sold our cabin using Paul and his team. We were very happy with suggested sales price but their presentation was above and beyond. They told us what we needed to do prior to the photo session to present the property in the best way possible. Then while we were assessing multiple offers, details and options were explained and paperwork was sent quickly and correctly. We had several setbacks happen but Paul handled them with only a positive attitude and presented solutions and contacts from his past experiences. From our first introduction, Paul made us comfortable and was supportive through the whole process. Paul is an expert on our area. He always went the extra mile. Yes, I do have pictures of him cleaning my high window right before the photo shoot. When an inspection turned up issues, he guided us to great service providers and was upbeat and patient while we worked through restoration. I suppose it's never easy but with Paul checking in and always being very timely and responsive, we really felt in a partnership to sell our home.
Paul came to our home, told us what we would need to do to get our property noticed in all of the property's that are out there on the market. He gave us names and numbers of people in our area who could help us. In no time at all it was sold and we where moving close to our grandchildren.

I would give a 6 Star Rating to both Paul and his team. This is the second home Paul has sold for us. When my husband passed and I needed to downsize, Paul was fantastic. Even with the rising interest rates he was able to sell my home for a great price and helped me to buy a smaller house near family. He made sure to update me on everything. He was very professional.
